Lewis E. “Joe” Clements, of Middleburg, KY, passed away on Saturday, January 11, 2014, at his residence. He was 78.

Funeral services will be at 12pmCT/1pmET, Tuesday, January 14, 2014, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY, with Bro. Johnny Maupin officiating. Burial will follow in the Calhoun Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5pm-8pmCT/6pm-9pmET, Monday, January 13, 2014, at the funeral home.

Born Friday, March 29, 1935, in Casey Co., KY, he was a son of the late Oliver and Liza Black Clements. He died Saturday, January 11, 2014, in Middleburg, KY, a the age of 78 years, 9 months, and 13 days.

Joe was retired from Sellers Engineering.

Survivors include:
  • His daughter: Markeeta Wilson of Dunnville, KY

  • Brother: Arlis Clements of Liberty, KY

  • Sisters: Lola (Roy) Kimbrell of Cincinnati, OH; and Christine (Mike) Weddle of Liberty, KY

  • Two granddaughters: Felisha Richardson and Ashley Wilson

  • Three great-grandchildren: Austin, Hunter, and Lily
He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Mildred Poff, Louise Clements, and Ola Clements.

Arrangements entrusted to McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY.
