Richard Allen "Bubba" Smith, 39, Greensburg, KY, departed this life Sunday, January 5, 2014 at his home in Greensburg, KY.

The funeral service will be at 1pmCT/2pmET, Wednesday, January 8, 2014, at Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home, 209 W Court Street, Greensburg, KY, with Bro. Travis Keltner and Bro. Garnett Wayne Davis the officiating clergy. Visitation will be 5pm-8pmCT/6pm-9pmET, at the funeral home.



Pallbearers: Steven Bowles, Albert "June Bug" Ray, Troy Shively, Todd Durrett, Jerry Ray, Kenneth "Gap" Bishop, David Cobb, and Orville Martin

Richard Allen "Bubba" Smith was born March 6, 1974, in Franklin, Simpson County, KY. He was the son of to Shirley Ann Burris Smith of Greensburg, KY, and the late Richard Ayette "Red" Smith. He departed this life Sunday, January 5, 2014 at his home in Greensburg, Green County, KY, having attained the age of 39 years, 9 months and 29 days.

Bubba had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the South Greensburg Baptist Church.

He is survived by his mother: Shirley Ann Burris Smith of Greensburg, KY and the following:
  • One sister and brother-in-law: Linda Gail and Alan Montgomery of Campbellsville, KY

  • A host of other relatives and friends.
The family would appreciate, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Foster-Toler-Curry FuneralHome for Funeral Expenses.
