Jan. 7, 2014, and included these notes: "TIMING: Temperatures will continue to plummet early this morning reaching the single digits above zero by around sunrise. temperatures will then remain around zero or in the single digits above zero today through Tuesday morning. Strong west- northwest winds of 15 to 20 mph will gust up to around 30 mph today. west winds tonight into tuesday morning will decrease to 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.Coping with the Cold Comments and Concerns are welcome.
