City Hall phones will be answered Monday Sanitation will run. Gas department on call. Staff won't be present in City Hall offices, but phones will be answered Columbia Mayor Mark D. Harris has announced that City Hall Office staff will not be present, but one or more persons will be present to answer phones Monday, January 5, 2014. Call 270-384-2501 for City Hall, 116 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY. The City Gas Department will have someone on call at 270-384-2006. The Santitation Department will makes its regular run, but Mayor Harris asks everyone to be patient. Pickups may be later than usual, he said.
