City of Columbia opens basement to any who need shelter Mayor Mark Harris said that the basement of City Hall, 116 Campbellsville Street, Columbia will be open to any and all who might need shelter or heat in the coming winter storm. The numer is 270-384-2006; for a gas leak or gas smell, one can also call 9-1-1.
