Annex basement available during cold snap. Due to extreme drop in temperatures Adair County Judge Executive Ann Melton will have the annex basement open throughout the weekend beginning after 9:00 p.m. tonight January 3, 2014. The basement will be open for anyone who needs a warm place to stay.
