Vickie Foster Pelly, of Crab Orchard, passed away on Friday, December 27, 2013, at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville., KY. She was 70.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 1pmCT, Monday, December 30, 2013, at Antioch Cemetery, with Bro. Steve Hoeck officiating. Burial will follow in the Antioch Cemetery. There will be no visitation.

Born October 13, 1943, in Somerset, Pulaski County, KY, she was a daughter of the late Kenneth Foster and Lois Burton Foster Rice. She died Friday, December 27, 2013, in Danville, Boyle County, KY, at the age of 70 years, 2 months, and 14 days.

She was a housewife and a member of the Ephesus Baptist ChurchBR>
Survivors include
  • Her sons: John Christopher Pelly of Chillicothe, MO; David Wayne Pelly of Waynesburg, KY; Robert Merrill Pelly of Salt Lake City, UT: and Charles Andrew Pelly of Crab Orchard

  • Sisters: Janie Fairris-Stephens of Lexington, KY; and Judy Rice of Somerset, KY

  • Four grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Wallis Ray Pelly.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the funeral home to help offset funeral expenses.

Arrangements entrusted to McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY, in charge of arrangements.
