Green County Coroner Carol Ray has released the name of the second drowning victim, whose body was found at around 9:30amET, this morning, Sunday, December 15, 2013.

She pronounced Larry Stokes, 57, of Pulaski County, KY, deceased from an accidental drowning in a boating accident.

Stokes had been an Eagle Scout, was a professional swimmer, and, as was his hunting companion, a professional outsdoorsman.

Both Stokes and his hunting companion, Harold Wethington, 72, Liberty, KY, whose body was found earlier were described as very experienced boaters.

Both bodies were found in the Roachville to Lemon's Bend stretch of Green River, in an area where the Green marks the county line.

Authorities say the pair had been seen as far west as the Boom Bluff's area of the Green, closer to Greensburg, and had apparently been headed upstream, may have hit a object in the river, and were both ejected.

They had been seen in the area of Penitentiary Bend in Green County, as well.

The investigation into the tragedy continues. - Larry Smith
