Dec. 2013 Adair Circuit Court Grand Jury indicts eight

The Adair County Circuit Court grand jury, Greg Willis, foreman, returned indictments against eight individuals on December 10, 2013.

Those indicted were:

  1. Robert A Jones (07/28/1991), 210 Lindsey Wilson Street, Columbia, KY.: Count 1, Theft by failure to make the required disposition of of property over $500. Bail: $2,500. Arraignment January 2, 2014 at 1pmCT.
  2. Robert Hausdorfer (03/19/1984) 1660 Greensburg Road, Columbia, KY. Count 1: Receiving stolen property over $500, but less than $10,000. (Computers taken from Nathan Burton and Crystal Bennett). Bail $5,000 cash. Arraignment January 2, 2014, at 1pmCT. Count 2: Persistent felony offender, second degree.
  3. Achilles Wayne Carter (08/26/1976) 1250 M.F. Huckaby Road, Columbia, KY. Count 1: Receiving stolen property over $500 but less than $10,000. (Jewelry Box from Maria and Scottie Pyles). Arraignment January 28, 2014 at 1pmCT
  4. Joseph P. Keith, (02/27/1979)m 65 Hwy 1952, Columbia, KY. Count 1: Manufacture of methamphetamine, first offense. Bail: $10,000 cash. Arraignment January 21, 2014 at 1pmCT. Count: Possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, first offense (methamphetamine)
  5. Jared O. Brock, (07/26/1987) 1044 Despain Road, Greensburg, KY. Count 1: Receiving stolen property over $500 but ess than $10,000. (twelve/12 one hundred tractor weights, the movable property of Billy Rowe). Bail: $2,500 Cash. Arraignment: January 21, 2014, at 1pmCT
  6. Lararius M. Archie, (12/11/1994), Count 1: Receiving Stolen Property (firearm), Bail: $5,000 cash. Arraignment January 21, 2014, at 1pmCT.
  7. David Gaskins (11/19/1961), 10310 Liberty Road, Columbia, KY. Count 1: Theft by failure to make the required disposition of property value over $300 but less than $10,000. Arraignment: January 28, 2014, at 1pmCT.
  8. Wesley Hutchison (01/05/1983), 209 Fairground Street, Columbia, KY. Count 1: operating a motor vehicle with alcohol concentration of or above 0.08 or while under the influence of alcohol or other substance, fourth or subsequent offense. Bail: $1,500 c/sec prop. Arraignment: January 21, 2014, at 1pmCT.
All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
