Traffic signal down in Southern Elizabethtown By Chris Jessie Signal is down at US31W intersection of Lincoln Parkway and Western Kentucky Parkway. It did not fall on any vehicles that we are aware of. We are not certain of the reason for the span wire failure at this point. Intersection is partially closed with flaggers directing traffic around the intersection. No major detours are in place. Intersection should be completely reopened within an hour. Signal should be fully operational in about 4 hours. Motorists should use caution upon approach to the intersection. - Chris Jessie, Public Information Officer, Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, District 4, Elizabethtown, KY.
