COOMER. 270-384-4495Yes, and then thought better of it: The driver was probably in a bad situation which is tantamount to entrapment. The City and State leave these tempting high speed limits in place, practically inviting a huge truck like this one not to use the one mile longer bypass. The driver was at that critical ethical dilemma moment where a pilot of a crashing plane has to decide whether or not to hit the orphanage or the mansion, and chooses the the mansion; and the truck, already swinging wide to miss the courthouse, just took out a sign, the lesser of two evils.
