Edmonton Christmas Parade rules on Politics & the Parade The Edmonton-Metcalfe County Chamber of Commerce regulations for entries in the upcoming Christmas Parade are the same as in years past: No "Elect Joe Brown for Dog Catcher" or "Vote for Joe Brown for Dog Catcher" signs will be permitted. Allowed are "Joe Brown Family" or if Joe Brown is an incumbent allow "Joe Brown, Dog Catcher."
