Fire destroys house on Finley Ridge Road Taylor County Volunteer Firefighters fought a house fire at 4344 East Finley Ridge Road near the Taylor/Marion County line in Taylor County. Even with the assistance of the Marion County Fire Department the flames gutted the residence and it is considered a total loss. When firefighters arrived at 9:33amET, the structure had already sustained heavy damage and there was heavy smoke coming from all parts of the building. In all, firefighters were on the scene for some five hours. The name of the property owner and the occupant, if any were not available. The cause of the fire had not been determined at press time.
