Two taken to TRH following Green River Plaza collision The Campbellsville Police Department responded to an injury collision at Green River Plaz at 11:11amET on Friday, November 22, 2013 involving Sherri Morgan, 45, Greensburg, KY, who was driving a 2004 Pontiac Bonneville, and Dorothy Underwood, of Summersville, who was driving a 2008 Chevrolet Aveo. Two patients were transported to Taylor Regional Hospital, Campbellsville, KY, by the Campbellsville/Taylor County EMS.
