November 2013 Adair Circuit Court Grand Jury indicts 10 persons

The Adair County Circuit Court grand jury returned indictments against 10 individuals on Tuesday, November 12, 2013.

Those indicted were:


  1. Timothy Alan Dick (04/14/1966), 350 Keltner-Mell Ridge Road: Count 1, possession of a handgun by convicted felon; Count 2, persistent felony offender, second degree; Count 3, possession of firearm by convited felon; Count 4, Persistent felony offender, second degree; Count 5: possession of marijuana, while in possession of a firearm, first offense.
  2. David Bennett, (08/07/1964), 5108 Sparksville Road: Count 1, Trafficking in a controlled substance in the second degree, first offense, more than twenty (20) dosage units. $5,000 cash bail. Arraignment December 10, 2013, 1pm CT
  3. Shane Earl Thomas (01/06/1984), 5298 Cane Valley Road: Count 1, Trafficking in a controlled substance, first degree, first offense> OR - 2 GMs Heroin, while in the possession of a Firearm; County 2, Trafficking in a controlled substance, first degree, first offense <4 GMS Cocaine, while in possession of a firarm; Count 3, Trafficking in a ontrolled substance, First Degree - (More or - 2 grams Methamphetamine) while in the possession of a handgun; County 4, possession of handgun by convicted felon; County 5, possession of firearm by convicted felon; $5,000 Cash bail. Arraignment December 10, 2013, 1pmCT.
  4. Latisha L. Bunch (11/22/1989) 57 Winnie Lane, Russell Springs, KY: Count 1, Public Intoxication; Count 2, Possession of handgun by convicted felon. Count 3, Persistent felony offender second degree; $5,000 Cash bail. Arraignment December 10, 2013, 1pmCT.
  5. Dakota J. Haggadone (02/12/1995) 176 Parkway Manor, Columbia, KY:Count 1: Theft by unlawful taking or disposition, all others; Count 2, burglary in the third degree; $5,000 Cash bail. Arraignment December 10, 2013, 1pmCT.
  6. Ricky D. George (05/18/1968), 122 Oak Street, Columbia, KY: Count 1, Theft by unlawful takin or disposition; Count 2, Persistent felony in the first degree; Count 3, Burglary in the third degree; County 4, Persistent felony in the first degree $5,000 Cash bond. Arraignment December 10, 2013, 1pmCT.
  7. Earl Miller (10/04/1960), 640 Elkhorn Road, Knifley, KY: Count 1, Wanton Endangerment in the first degree - police officer; $20,000 cash bail, arraignment 1pmCT, December 10, 2013
  8. Steven D. Huff (05/23/1984), Hwy 76, Millerfield, Russell Springs, KY: Count 1, Possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, first offense - Cocaine; Count 2, Criminal mischief in the first degree; Arraignment, 1pmCT, December 10, 2013.
  9. Paul D. Clark (02/22/1981), 1778 Flat Gap Road, Columbia, KY:Count 1, Theft by unlawful taking or disposition - shoplifting. Arraignment, 1pmCT, December 10, 2013.
  10. Shannon Chaudoin (01/26/1975), 269 Ebenezer Road, Greensburg, KY: Count 1, Flagrant non-support. Count 2, Persistnt felony offender, second degree. $5,000 cash bail, arraignment December 10, 2013 at 1pmCT.
Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceedings.
