Dwight Earles, of Yosemite, KY passed away Tuesday November 12, 2013 at the VA Hospital in Lexington, KY. He was 82.

Funeral services are will be at 12pmCT/1pmET, Saturday November 16, 2013 at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY, with Bro. Kenny Spaw officiating. Burial will be at the South Fork Cemetery. Visitation is 5pm-8pmCT/6pm-9pmET, Friday, November 15, 2013, at the funeral home.

Born January 20, 1931 in Casey County, KY, he was the son of the late Frank and Lucy Tarter Earles. He died Tuesday, November 12, 2013, in Lexington, Fayette County, KY, at the age of 82 years, 9 monhts, and 23 days.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Ethel Yvonne Buise Earles; two sons, Tracy and Randall Earles; a daughter, Donna Earles; four brothers, Burdette, Dannie, George, and Alden Earles; and three sisters, Helen Goforth, Maxine Walls and Ester Earles. Survivors include:
  • A son: Stacy Earles of Yosemite, KY

  • Three daughters: Dianna Thomason of Yosemite, KY; Teresa Davis of Indianapolis, Indiana, and Nida Anthis of Yosemite, KY

  • A brother: Delas Earles of Williamsburg, Ohio

  • Fifteen grandchildren

  • Nine great-grandchildren
