Debbie Sinclair reports good bearing persimmon tree in Louisville Comments re photo 52262 Epicurean Kentucky Adair County Persimmons Debbie Sinclair writes: Hi Ed. Saw this picture and wanted to tell you i have a persimmion tree in my backyard here in the big city and it draws so much wildlife on a daily basis. I have deer, coons, possums and also a huge groundhog - and I live in a subdivision. It is awesome to see those animals here in town and it always makes me think of Columbia fondly. My tree is huge and has been hit by lighting a few times, but every fall it is heavy with fruit. Will try to send you a picture of it soon. Thanks, Debbie Sinclair --Debbie SinclairThanks, Debbie Sinclair - We'll be watching for the photo. - EW This story was posted on 2013-11-11 12:32:42
