Gail Power asks not to judge all food stamp recipients by some Gail Power writes: Why it is always some remark like that when it comes to food stamps? My goodness now.. there are people out here who do need them and they don't smoke... and there is some who do get them who smokem but I feel that as long as they buy food with them and make sure the babies and kids have what they need, then why cant they maybe buy themselves a pack of smokes once in a while. It is better than going out here and buying drugs. Right? But now, if they were selling them to buy smokes and drugs, that is wrong, and they should be taken away. But dont judge all. I bet you go out to eat any where from 3 to 4 nights a week. Take one of those nights and buy someone else a meal or a family a meal; that would help --Gail PowerComments re article 63178 Jacky D Pyles comments on Food Stamp cutback This story was posted on 2013-11-09 16:33:25
