Letter: Chez Pen Lisa White writes: I think Pen should open a restaurant in Columbia and feature all of the awesome dishes he has posted on here! - Lisa WhiteLisa, Thanks for the kind words! However, I'm not qualified to make lunch for more than 2 or 3 people at a time. Many of the local restaurants are happy to provide similar food if people just ask them what they want and pony up for the ingredients. Unfortunately, the restaurant business is tougher with fresher foods and easier with frozen and fried stuff, so it takes work from both sides. --Pen Comments re photo 52216 Epicurean Kentuckian Grilled Salmon and Avocado over Mixed Greens This story was posted on 2013-11-09 07:14:39
