No. 9 Lindsey Wilson Volleyball at Union College tonight The Lindsey Wilson College volleyball team faces Union (Barbourville, KY) College Monday night, November 4, 2013, at 6:30pmCT/7:30pmET, at Robsion Arena, 310 College Street (Campus address, not arena), in Barbourville, KY Lindsey Wilson (31-2) is coming off a 3-1 victory over Georgetown (KY) College on Thursday night. The win secured the Mid-South Conference regular-season title and top overall seed in the Mid-South Tournament for the Blue Raiders. Kailey Moorhead leads the Blue Raiders with 326 kills and 115 total blocks. Taylor Hayne is second on the team with 309 kills followed by Nadelina Nesheva with 298 and Sarah Anderson with 278. Alexa Just leads the team and the Mid-South Conference with 1112 assists on the season. She also paces the team with 41 service aces. The defensive effort is led by Maeghan Angel with 395 digs and Kirsten King with 335 digs. Mattie Tigges adds 92 total blocks on the season. Union (23-7) is coming off a 3-2 victory over Bryan (TN) College on Saturday. The Bulldogs are led by Paige Moore with 387 kills followed by Caity Merritt with 369. Heather Fields has 904 assists on the season. Ana Calaza leads the team with 648 digs.
