Governor Beshear appoints three to SCC Board of Directors Don Moss, Somerset, KY was State Farm Agent in Columbia for many years, preceding Jill Smith; Charlene Harris is President and CEO of First National Bank of Russell Springs; and Clay Parker Davis is a retired bank president from Somerset Gov. Beshear has appointed Donald W. Moss to the Somerset Community College Board of Directors to serve for the remainder of the unexpired term ending August 31, 2016. Donald W. Moss, of Somerset, works in energy and financial service at State Farm Insurance. The appointment replaces Glen D. Parkey, who has resigned. Gov. Beshear has reappointed the following members to the board to serve for terms expiring Aug. 31, 2019: The Governor appointed Charlene S. Harris, of Russell Springs, president and CEO at First National Bank, to a term expiring August 31, 2019.
