Commentary: A priceless benefit of living among caring people

Three Good Samaritans showed up in family's need : Todd Akin, Chase Richard, and Spencer Hansel. 'Just knowing we have people available in our area who will come at moments notice is priceless.' - TIMMY CORBIN

By Timmy Corbin

I would like to let the citizens of Columbia/Adair County and people in internet land know (in case they let it slip) the type of people we have in our county.

Thursday, October 24, my family was in a situation where I needed some assistance. With a phone call and their driving time had three people showed up to help us. One person was all that was needed, but I was happy more came - just in case! A special thanks to Good Samaritans Todd Akin, Chase Richard, and Spencer Hansel! Just knowing we have people available in our area who will come at moments notice is priceless. Thank You from the Corbin family. - Tiimmy Corbin
