October 2013 CACEDA Agenda includes Executive Session

No announcement will be made following Executive (closed) agenda item.

The Columbia-Adair County Economic Development Authority, Inc. will meet Tuesday, October 15 at 8amCT, at the Chamber of Commerce Board Room, 201 Burkesville Street, Columbia, KY.

Jim Hadley, president, will preside with the following agenda:
  • Welcome and call to order
  • Determination of a Quorum
  • Business:
    1. Approval of Minutes of past meeting - Doug McCammish, Secretary
    2. Ad for Kentucky Economic Development Guide - Kaye Bowman & Doug McCammish
    3. Placement of "Work Ready Community" signs
    4. Other business or comments
  • Board go into Executive session - *KRS 61.81g. There will be no comments or announcements made following the Executive Meeting.
  • Adjourn
