Harper Kayne Bennett won the 2-4 year pageant at the Downtown Days Pageant last Saturday, October 5, 2013, at Trinity United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall.. She is now eligible to go to the state festival pageant in November. Her parents are Ashle Dean & Jeffrey Bennett of Columbia, KY. Her whole family is very proud of her! - Ashle Dean
