Comments re article 62502 Rodney Burris comments on hospital tax Jon Halsey writes:
Mr. Burris makes a valid comment regarding: "...the lack of leadership of fiscal court?"

I would argue that the Fiscal Court and the CE played a major part in "leading" us into this morass. It seems to me that rather than a "lack of leadership" we are suffering from deluded leadership and nonfeasance. - Jon Halsey
