There will be a second session today, from 3pmCT-6pmCT Prof. Jeff Scott is here with one of a really nice load of apples. The morning is crisp and pretty. There's a lot of construction going on over at Lindsey Wilson if you just want to come and watch. As usual, he's hoping for an early sell-out - he's got plans again this week to make some cider back at the orchards. Here is the selection today:
