Epicurean Kentuckian Query: Tomato Pie

Can anyone share a recipe?

Fran Neat writes:
I met a lady this week from Somerset who expressed interest in a local restaurant that specializes in "tomato pie." She had seen the information in a publication some time ago but no longer has access to it. I am on a quest to locate that information for her. I just wondered if you or your readers know about the mysterious "tomato pie." - Fran Neat
Thanks, Fran Neat Maybe one of our readers can help. I think they serve it at Annie Ruby's Cafe, 204 Court House Square, Burkesville, KY. Should have taken notes, but it was an incredibly wonderful suprise. Readers comments, recipes, photo(s) welcome. Send using using the Contact Form with this item, or use any Contact/Submit button. - CM
