Which corner is the West corner of the square? I like the little building sandwiched in between the big building's it looks like they built it in an ally. - Melewi
A fair question: We'll post and hope that an answer comes from the highest authorities on the subject, someone one of the families associated with that business, someone who has written two extra thick tomes of history on Adair County, or the omniscient gambier oracle. I just remember haircuts and some great debates between two of the finest Baptist gentlemen of the age at that location. -EW

Favorite Postcard: West Corner Public Square, Columbia, KY

2013-09-19 - Columbia, KY - Photo from Eddie & Tiffany Kessler. With all the talk of Columbia's square, we wanted to share our most recent, prized find ~ an antique postcard with a quaint Columbia scene. We were unable find this particular postcard photo in any of the Columbia history books, of course we were looking through them with a 2 1/2 year old Kasey Blue crawling all over us, so we could have missed it. Thanks! - Eddie & Tiffany Kessler
