LWC Cycling Team at USA Cycling nationals Sept. 19-21, 2013 Coach Dave Grigsby and seven cyclists: Hannah Hayduk and Mikayla Lyman and Luke Lucas, Michael Hart, Justin Lowe, David Novak and Christopher Tveter will be in Colorado Springs, CO, representing Lindsey Wilson Cycling September 19-21, 2013 By Jay Nicols COLUMBIA, KY - The Lindsey Wilson Cycling team will be traveling to the USA Cycling Collegiate Track National Championships on Thursday, September 19 for a three day event in Colorado Springs, CO. The Blue Raiders are sending seven cyclists to compete in seven different races at the Track Championships. Lindsey Wilson will have racers in the Sprint, Points Race, Individual Pursuit, Time Trial, Scratch Race, Team Pursuit and Team Sprint Mixed. The Sprint Male and Female Collegiate races begin with qualifying on Thursday morning with the finals on Friday evening. Blue Raiders Hannah Hayduk and Mikayla Lyman will be competing in the women's race and Michael Hart and Christopher Tveter will be competing in the men's race. The Points Race begins on Thursday evening with the finals being held on Friday night. Hayduk will be the lone woman rider for the Blue Raiders in this race as Hart, Justin Lowe, David Novak and Tveter will compete for the men. The Individual Pursuit Finals will be Friday morning. Blue Raider riders for this event will be Hart, Lowe, Novak and Luke Lukas. Both Hayduk and Lyman will compete for the women's team. The Time Trial, Team Pursuit, Scratch Race and Team Sprint races will be held on Saturday, September 21. The Time Trial kicks off Saturday's events as Hart, Lowe, Lukas, Novak and Tveter compete for the men and Hayduk and Lyman compete for the women. Lindsey Wilson riders Hart, Lowe, Novak and Tveter will compete for the men in the Scratch Race, while Hayduk will compete on the women's side. In the Team Pursuit event, Lowe, Lukas, Novak and Tveter will be the participants for Lindsey Wilson. The final event of the day is the Mixed Team Sprint Race. The Blue Raiders team will consist of Hayduk, Lowe, Lukas, Lyman, Novak and Tveter. Lindsey Wilson Cycling travels to the USA Cycling Collegiate Track National Championship start.
