LWC Football ranked No. 24 in latest NAIA Coaches Top 25 Poll Blue Raiders are undefeated on the season. By Charles Balcom COLUMBIA, KY - The Lindsey Wilson College football team is ranked No. 24 after receiving 34 votes from national raters in the latest NAIA Coaches' Top 25 Poll, NAIA officials announced on Monday. The Blue Raiders enter the rankings after beginning the season 3-0 with wins over Campbellsville (KY), Reinhardt (GA) and Kentucky Wesleyan. Overall, Lindsey Wilson is one of five Mid-South Conference teams to be ranked in the poll. The University of the Cumberlands (282 voting points) is the top ranked MSC team at No. 3, followed by No. 6 Georgetown College (241), No. 23 Faulkner University (47) and No. 25 University of Pikeville (25). Cumberlands, Georgetown, Lindsey Wilson and Pikeville are all in the MSC East Division while Faulkner is the lone MSC West team ranked. Morningside (Iowa) sits atop the poll with 314 voting points and all 14 first-place votes. Saint Francis (IN) is No. 2 with 301 voting points and Cumberlands sits at No. 3 with 282 voting points.
