Possibilities await
- a haiku villanelle for Jason Driskill
This I often say,
when too much is on my plate,
need another day.

All along the way
possibilities await:
this I often say.

Come what will or may
do not fail to celebrate
need another day.

Bold adventures play,
tempting those who fear not fate:
this I often say.

Hesitations prey
on intentions to be great.
Need another day.

Love and lack delay
This I often say,
need another day.
- Robert Stone, 5 September 2013
