Green River Lake 27th Lakeshore Cleanup is Today

The weather outlook is for a beautiful day Today, Saturday, September 14, 2013. Volunteers needed to show and register at 4 different locations. Just show up ready to help.

The US Army Corps of Engineers' 27th Annual Volunteer Lakeshore Cleanup will be held TODAY, 8am-11amCT/9am-12pm noon CT, September 14, 2013.

To participate in trash pickup just show up and register at one of the following locations:
  1. Site One Boat Ramp, closest address to it is 544 Lake Road.Campbellsville, KY 42718
  2. Smith Ridge Boat Ramp: At the very end of Smith Ridge Rd/State Hwy 372 Campbellsville, KY 42718
  3. Holmes Bend Boat Ramp: 5380 Holmes Bend Road Columbia, KY 42728
  4. State Park Pavilion: 179 Park Office Road Campbellsville KY 42718.
A free lunch and prize giveaway begins at 11:30am/12:30pmET at the Green River Lake State Park (Lone Valley) Picnic Shelter. For more information call 270-465-4463. Andrea M. O'Bryan.
