Says require property owners to maintain roadsides Bill Henson writes: I have the perfect solution: require the property owner to keep the roadsides maintained on both county and state roads, eliminating a burden on the taxpayers having to pay someone to do it. I have done this for many years, wherever I lived. It doesn't require much effort and mine looks better than the ones the state or county maintains. - Bill Henson This story was posted on 2013-09-12 13:42:17
