Rickie Williams: A simple solution to the sewer problem at GRAS

Rickie Williams writes:
I could be all wrong...certainly have been before...but it seems to me if the Animal Shelter needs a sewage pump then the Youth Development Center probably uses one as well...both institutions are down in the same relative location.

Is it not possible to get the sewage from the Animal Shelter over to the Youth Development Center via a gravity feed (hopefully) or a smaller type pump?

Tax dollars are tax dollars. The objective ought to be to use them wisely.
