Click on headline for complete story with photo(s) By Shamarie Claiborne This week the Adair County School District is proud to spotlight Mr. Charlie Dial. Mr. Dial has just started his ninth year with the district. Mr. Dial has worked his way up from custodian at the Adair County High School to the Head Custodian of Adair County Middle School in that short time. This is his second year as head custodian of the middle school. Alma Rich the principal at Adair County Middle School had this to say about Mr. Dial "Charlie came to the middle school and stepped right in and went to work like he had been here for years. He always has a smile and takes pride in what he does. We love having Charlie as part of the ACMS family! Mr. Dial is married to Rita Dial and they have two children and five wonderful grandchildren. When Mr. Dial isn't with his family he works with his horses. He also enjoys doing work on his farm. Charlie's favorite part of his job is working with the children and people. When asked about the students his answer was simple "I love these kids". - Shamarie Claiborne This story was posted on 2013-09-10 12:29:26
