2013-09-08 - Russell Creek, Adair County, KY - Photo By Mike Keltner. The "Emperor" face on the cliff on Russell Creek, an enlargement of the part of the previous photo, with the face positioned at the top right hand corner. Some observers thought it more of a werewolf face than that of royalty.
