Several businesses participating in Wreath Decorating Contest Grand prize drawing to be held the night of Picnic In The Park, Roadside Park, 2310 Hwy. 55 S Road, Columbia, KY on Tuesday, September 17 at 6:30pmCT. By Debbie Selby Wreaths are on display at several businesses for the Chamber of Commerce Wreath Decorating contest. We have eight participating businesses. Individuals may visit the businesses to view the wreaths and sign up for a grand prize drawing to be held the night of Picnic In The Park, Roadside Park, 2310 Hwy. 55 S Road, Columbia, KY on Tuesday, September 17 at 6:30pmCT.
