Taylor Co. Sheriff Dept. needs help locating missing male, 72

UPDATE: Missing Taylor County, KY man located
Last seen Tuesday, September 3, 2013, at Lucky Vista Motel


From 911, Campbellsville, KY

The Taylor County Sheriff Department needs your help in locating a missing person.

James P Cook was last seen on 09/03/2013 at the Lucky Vista Motel in Campbellsville, KY. He left there on his way to the local hospital; however never arrived. Mr. Cook is a white male, 72 years of age, with Alzheimer's and congestive heart failure history. He may not be taking his medication properly. He is 6 ft, 2 inches tall, gray hair and blue eyes.

He was last seen operating a Green 1995 Ford Pickup truck, bearing Kentucky license plate number 916FPS.

Anyone with information as the the whereabouts of Mr. Cook is urged to contact Deputy Ricky Underwood or the Taylor County Sheriff Department at 270-465-4351.
