No. 19 LWC Volleyball beats Indiana University SE 3-0 NEXT: Lindsey Wilson College volleyball team at Cumberland University (Lebanon, TN) at 6pmCT/7pmET, Tuesday, September 3, 2013 at Dallas Floyd Recreation Center, One Cumberland Square (University address; not venue location), Lebanon, TN By Jay Nicols News from Lindsey Wilson College COLUMBIA, KY - The Lindsey Wilson volleyball team welcomed the Indiana University Southeast Grenadiers to Biggers Sports Center and came away with a 3-0 win to stay unbeaten on the season. The Blue Raiders (5-0) took the first set 25-13 behind four kills by Sarah Anderson and three kills by Taylor Hayne. Lindsey Wilson jumped out to a 7-0 lead before the Grenadiers were able to get on the scoreboard. In set two, the Grenadiers took its first lead of the match at 2-1. The Blue Raiders got a kill by Anderson on the next point to tie it at 2-2 which started a Blue Raider seven point run to take an 8-2 lead. The Blue Raiders took the set 25-11. Lindsey Wilson jumped out to a 4-1 lead in the third set before the Grenadiers came within two points. The Blue Raiders followed by going on a 4-0 run to make it 10-4 and closed the set out on a 6-0 run to win 25-10. Anderson finished with 11 kills as she annihilated the schools hitting percentage record of .514 by hitting an amazing .846 in tonight's match. Alexa Just recorded 27 assists and five digs. Nadelina Nesheva and Hayne finished with eight kills each. Maeghan Angel led the team with seven digs.
