KPS Post 15 investigating two car, injury collision in Lebanon By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Information Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY LEBANON, KY - Trooper Josh Dicken is investigating a collision that occurred Tuesday, August 27, 2013 at 11:40amET 1 mile east of Lebanon on Danville Hwy. 16-year-old Elizabeth Lambe of Lebanon was operating a 2001 Honda Civic when she pulled out of Woolridge Lane into the path of a 2000 Ford Taurus. The Taurus was traveling east on Danville Hwy and was operated by 60-year-old James Linton.
