The Farmer's Market at the Adair Extension Office, 409 Fairground Street, Columbia, KY is open this Tuesday morning, August 27, 2013, from 6am-10amCT. Gardeners and their inventories will be posted as reported to ColumbiaMagazine.com. TWO SESSIONS TODAY. Also, 3pm-6pmCT.

Here's what we have at 6:30amCT.
  • Prof. Scott, Scott's Orchard Galas, Eating Apple. Cortland, best cooking apple of all. Enterprise, eating apples. Hawaii, named after the state, and is supposed to have a slight pineapple taste, but tastes like a good apple - its sweet.
  • D & B Longview Farm 270-250-1277: Nectarines. Pears. Roma Green Beans. Okra. Red Tomatoes. Pickling Cucumbers. Blackberries. Red Raspberries.
Any others - we sometimes have late arrivals - will be listed when they call.
