Funeral services for Jackie Lee Kerr will be conducted on Monday, August 26, 2013 at 11amCT/12pmET, in the Memory Chapel of Norris-New Funeral Home, 601 N Main Street, Burkesville, KY, with burial in The Shorts Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends after 12pm noon CT/1pmET, on Sunday August 25, 2013 until service time on Monday. He is survived by his wife, Mona Hubbard Kerr of Burkesville, KY and the following:
