Ruby Foley, 92, of Russell Springs, KY, passed away Wednesday, August 21st, at Russell County Hospital, Russell Springs, KY.

Funeral Services at Wilson Funeral Home, 391 E Steve Wariner Drive, Russell Springs, KY, at 1pmCT/2pmET, on Sunday, August 25, 2013, with Bro. Garlin Wilson and Bro. Paul Roy officiating. Visitation will be after 5pmCT/6pmET, on Saturday, August 24, 2013, at Wilson Funeral Home in Russell Springs. Interment will be at New Friendship Cemetery Russell Springs, KY.

Ruby was born in Russell Springs, KY, on Wednesday, September 1, 1920. She was a daughter of the late Sarah (Snow)and Thomas Scales. She died Wednesday, August 21, 2013, in Russell Springs, Russell County, KY, at the age of 92 years, 11 months and 20 days.

She was a member of New Friendship Baptist Church. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by the following:
  • Two daughters: Anna Lou Antle, of Russell Springs, KY, and Susette Foley, of Russell Springs, KY

  • Seven grandchildren

  • Ten great-grandchildren

  • A sister: Madeline Prater, of Russell Springs, KY

  • A brother: Oscar Scales, of Greenfield, IN

  • A half sister: Faye Burton, of Somerset, KY
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alonzo Foley.

Expressions of sympathy: Hospice of Lake Cumberland or New Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery.
