Clint Walker Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY LEBANON, KY - At 3:36pmET, Kentucky State Police Detective B.J Burton arrested 24-year-old Joshua Spaulding-Wells for Assault 1st. Wells was arrested for his role in the shooting of 45-year-old Mark Mattingly, of Lebanon, KY, which occurred on August 13, 2013.
