Letter: Lovely Evans Homestead Paul Patton writes: The swinging bridge to the Evans homestead near the Casey-Marion County line is the longest one I remember seeing. While I never walked the bridge, I have been royally entertained by the Evans family on several occasions while preaching at the Pleasant Valley Christian Church where they attended. Preachers, more than any other profession, are brought into the homes and hearts of wonderful families who share their very best home cooked meals with them. Such was my experience in the lovely old homestead at the end of this swinging bridge. - Paul PattonComments re photo 43937 Scenic Marion Co KY Swinging Bridge near Casey Co line This story was posted on 2013-08-14 21:07:41
