15 year old hospitalized after July 30, 2013 crash

1989 Suzuki rolls up embankment, rolls over on its top on J. Samuels Road in southern Adair County

From Adair County Sheriff's Department

On July 30, 2013, Adair County Sheriff Deputy Justin Cross was dispatched to J Samuels Road on a one vehicle accident involving injuries. A 1989 Suzuki traveled up an embankment and rolled over on its top. A 15-year-old was taken to Westlake Regional Hospital by Adair County EMS and was later flown to University of Kentucky Hospital where he remains hospitalized due to his injuries sustained in the accident. The investigation is ongoing.
