Beginning of School - Opening Notes from Supt. Reed

Bus Schedules about same as last year, but arrival times at school may be slightly delayed because of road construction

By Alan W. Reed

I would like to remind all parents and students that while bus pickup times will be about the same in the morning, buses could run a little later due to road construction. Drop off times will continue to be at 7amCT for parent convenience at all schools, with starting times at 7:45amCT and school ending times at 2:45pmCT More details are forthcoming on early release Friday's which start in September.

We had a huge turnout for Open House at Adair County Middle School and at Adair County Elementary school last evening. The Freshman Orientation at Adair County High School was also well attended.

Our faculty and staff has worked extremely hard this summer to get everything ready to receive Adair Coutny's most precious asset tomorrow morning, August 14, 2013. -ALAN W. REED, Superintendent, Adair County Schools, 1204 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY 42728 270-384-2476
