All KY School employees trained in use of physical restraint Public Notice to Parents and Guardians of Adair County Students As a New Requirement for 2013-2014 all Adair County School employees have been trained as required by 704 KAR 7:160, in the use of physical restraint in public schools- In order to work in a Kentucky public school in any capacity all employees, including substitutes, must complete an annual training related to new regulations governing Use of Physical Restraint and Seclusion in Public Schools.
