KY Ag Development Board awards $203,000 for Adair Co. CAIP By Teresa Bright The Kentucky Agricultural Development Board approved $203,000 in Agricultural Development Funds for the 2013 Adair County CAIP program (County Agricultural Investment Program) to be administered by the Adair County Cattlemen's Association. This program is a 50% cost-share program with a maximum funding of $1,500 per farm operation. CAIP is designed to provide farmers with incentives to allow them to improve and diversify their current production practices through its 10 investment areas, which include:
