Barbara & Darrell at Market off Main, Campbellsville, KY today Farmers Market and Farmers Market on the Square stalwart vendors Barbara Armitage and Darrell Bunnell are at the Market off Main 100 block of S. Court Street, in Campbellsville, KY, today, vending gourmet Adair County produce from 8am-2pmET today. Barbara has tomatoes, green and purple peppers, red and Vidalia onions, and purple onions, blackberries, garlic, farm fresh eggs, and cheese. Darrell Bunnell, of Coview Farms, Coburg, KY has potatoes, summer squash, cucumbers, tomatoes, eggplant, and Caitlyn Helm's bread. Both will be at the Farmers Market on the Square tomorrow, Saturday, 8am-12pmCT/9am-1pmET, but customers come as set up time begins, at 6amCT, and, occasionally some vendors sell out before opening and have to return to the fields to replenish supplies. Barbara said that tomorrow is a huge day. Spiritual Warriors, a favorite, will provide entertainment. Caesar the 230 pound Great Dane puppy dog, now one of the market's star attractions, will be there, testing foods. Last Saturday he tested one of Jay Cox' country ham sandwiches, et it in one bite, and pronounced it excellent. We'll have more for you on the Farmer's Market later today and tomorrow.
